Contact us: An Instructor will help you to develop your goals, answer your questions and help you schedule your first visit. Your first lesson will be a private, individual self defense class with no cost or obligation.
Your 30 minute lesson will include discussion of Goals, Self Defense basics, and Dojo etiquette. Your questions are welcomed. We will leave time at the end of your appointment to discuss how our program will meet your specific needs.
